• Booking requests: your name, phone number, ZIP code, and anything you write about the problem with your door.
• Calls and texts: your phone number, the time of contact, and the content of text messages you send us.
• Website usage: when analytics are enabled, Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies that record the pages you view, the ad or search that brought you here, and your approximate location. This data does not identify you by name.

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform the repair, follow up about that job, honor your warranty, and measure which ads lead to calls and bookings. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Texting is optional. If you check the consent box on the booking form, we may text you about your request: arrival windows, questions about the door, and follow-up on the repair. Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

We share information only with the service providers that run the site and the business: email delivery (Resend), text message delivery (Twilio), and analytics and advertising measurement (Google). They process it on our behalf and only as needed. We will also disclose information when the law requires it.

We keep booking and job records for as long as your warranty runs, plus the period those records must be kept for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time by calling or texting the number below.

This site is served over HTTPS, and booking requests are sent to us through encrypted connections. Access to your information is limited to the owner.

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
